- To take the minutes of our meetings
- To keep the Psi Phi Log
- To record attendance (no longer kept up to date)
- To keep track of the loan-library
- To generally keep records

Constable
- To maintain the armory
- To assist the Captain in procuring meeting rooms or TV rooms
- To remove disruptive members from meetings or TV viewings
- To enforce the Captain’s orders, using the ceremonial Psi Phi “bapper”
- To generally maintain some semblance of order

Chief of Operations
- To maintain our website
- To post to the newsgroups about upcoming events
- To duplicate posters for upcoming events
- To take the votes for officers at the next-to-the-last meeting of the semester
- To generally do anything required of the position

- To serve as faculty adviser for the club
